The entire existing layout is removed and rebuilt as needed. The space needed to get the character of a loft, so big and light as possible. Typical elements are the concrete frame, the cast floor and open space. In the center is a block containing all sanitation and part of the kitchen. The dresser with concrete worktop opposite the kitchen is complete. Bathroom, toilet and storage room are located on the other side of the center block, the opposite wall is completed by a wardrobe.

In the sleeping area sliding panels provide a separation. The apartment includes many customized, carefully concealed cupboards. The different vistas and alcoves give the room a playful character, despite the sleek design.
